The experience in this collaboration is cordial, intuitive and energetic – we start with detailed introductions getting established, harvest data from an open free flowing exchange of information and set any next steps, NDA’s are always welcome if relevant to begin for your needs, particularly for start-ups or other early stage platforms.

Services Agreements & Discovery:

  • Discovery Stage Agreement is for a business assessment only and is a 30-day contract at a fixed monthly rate.

  • Primary Service Agreement is for larger operational needs or a fractional executive role running 3-, 6- or 12-month blocks.

  • Contract Review: subsequent terms, contract length, fees, payment vs deliverables get aligned.

  • Project entry points then get established along with team introductions, communication processes, opening plans according to need, and then we ramp up and get to work!

As we operationalize, communication is key. Challenging or ambiguous objectives are not uncommon - so clear, respectful, and candid dialogue is the focus to effectively assess what’s needed and where within the business ecosystem we are operating in.

Executing at the highest possible level is a given, we’ll set this pace collaboratively!

Integrity lies behind all that I engage and I’m vastly grateful for the people that populate my life, each playing a part in my own development. I work from a space of transparency and intention, respecting both your efforts as well as mine.

A people cultivating, hands-on, creative, and quality driven executive steering operations, development, workplace and culinary innovation for multi-unit, MSO and independent restaurants, national brands, QSR/fast casual, and food tech startups of varied valuations ranging from $50M-$100M+

Experience, both thoughtful and hard-earned, culminated in founding Mile 91 LLC - an agile business optimization and fractional leadership platform supporting clients and materializing impact in markets such Los Angeles, New York City and nationally.

Expanding to the need, I’m at home in a board room as I am discussing rough-in locations with a GC, supporting a culinary team with execution or a Director with KPI deliverables and everything in between.

I believe in being present, approachable, accessible and open sourced in achieving team and organizational momentum. Building scalable robust business solutions in both matured and new venture environments.
